Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Tracking Delays
Tracking information may take 24-72 hours to update after your order ships. This is normal, especially for international shipments.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, contact us at maciejst94@gmail.com within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.

If your package hasn't moved for more than 10 business days, contact us and we'll look into it or send a replacement.

Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
